It’s called a (Western) string tie, I believe…
HOW DOES SHE DO IT!?! Hot Chocolate & Mint kills it yet again. Grey and Red for Work. SO well done. The bow tie (wtf is that called?), the red belt and the adorable shoes complimented by such clean, sleek lines makes a simple and sweet combination.
